Whether you’re dreaming of the perfect everyday coffee mug, a sentimental gift, or something completely one of a kind, this is your opportunity to create a mug that’s uniquely yours. Choose your preferred clay, shape, colours, decorative details and personalised stamp, then tell me all about your vision. Every mug is handcrafted from start to finish in my studio, making it truly one of a kind.

If you’d rather leave some of the creative decisions to me, I’m always happy to help. Simply tell me the feeling you’re after—coastal, earthy, ocean-inspired, minimal, rustic or colourful—and I’ll thoughtfully design a mug that captures your vision while staying true to the By Belle style.

I’d also love to hear the story behind your mug. Is it a gift for someone special? A wedding keepsake? A birthday, anniversary or new home? Or maybe it’s simply the mug you’ve always wanted but could never quite find. Every story helps inspire the final design and makes your piece even more meaningful.

Throughout the making process, I’ll keep you updated with little photo and video snippets so you can follow your mug as it comes to life—from freshly formed clay, to glazing, right through to the final firing. Before it’s carefully wrapped and posted, I’ll send you photos of the finished mug for your approval. If there’s anything that can reasonably be adjusted at that stage, I’ll happily do my best to make those changes. My goal is for you to absolutely love your custom mug.

Because every mug is individually handmade, no two will ever be exactly the same. Small variations in shape, glaze movement, colour and texture are all part of the beauty of handmade ceramics and make your mug uniquely yours.

If you need your mug for a special occasion, please let me know when placing your order and I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible. Handmade ceramics take time, love and patience, so please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your custom mug to be created.
